Illuminatus 2.2 at Youmacon 2011
We performed at Youmacon, The anime convention at the RenCen in Detroit October November 3-6, 2011. This was our second show with them, and our best show ever. Click here to see photos.

Iluminatus 2.2 at the World Steam Expo 2011 World Steam Expo II welcomed us back for our second show with them in May of 2011.

We performed at Youmacon, The anime convention at the RenCen in Detroit October 28 - 31, 2010. Quite the experience: 2000 ravers until 5 in morning, all dressed up in anime costumes and light sticks, all dancing to 15.3 bazillion watts of DJ trance music. We had anime and Halloween images projected and controlled by VJ David Bloom, and welcomed our new member Krunal Desai, who ran lasers with Wayne, Steve, Jacob, and Mike.

Laser lunch boxen at the Henry Ford Museum

We also had our laser lunch boxen on display in the main lobby of the Henry Ford Museum.

Illuminatus 2.2 also played an exclusive performance for the Maker Faire Detroit Community Reception in the Henry Ford Museum. We lit up the Museum walls for the various sponsors of the event, the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, etc., and met up with Maker Faire organizers Dale Dougherty (Publisher of Make Magazine), Sherry Huss (event organizer), and Shauna Wilson and Lauren Karpinskas from the Henry Ford.
